General

ISO code, e.g. CHF.
When on, recorded sales store the VAT portion (inclusive).
VAT is inclusive: derived from the total, never added on top.

Payment methods

Shown at checkout. Past sales keep the label they were recorded with. A fee % is the merchant cost of that method; it's deducted from revenue in Analytics.
